Pre-contracts - Documents required from prospective sellers
- Recent Land Registry extract (no older than 30 days)
- Property acquisition document (building permit, urban certificate, cadastral plans etc.)
- Energy certificate (mandatory for sale)
- Floor plan survey (if required by the bank)
- Identity documents / for companies: ORC registration certificate, administrator ID
- Sellers' bank account for advance payment
